The following services are provided by your White County REMC. Membership entitles you to access any one or all of these services. Details about these services are presented in 3 different formats:

• Some information is presented in online registration format. You may register for a service online! Your personal information is secure using our SafeServer technology. Please read our privacy policy.
• If you wish to submit your information via our customer service desk or using US Mail, you may use the downloadable pdf format. EZ Pay Plan

The EZ Pay Plan is a service that draws funds from your checking account to pay your monthly electric bill. The payment is made automatically each month. The service is available to any customer, including those enrolled in the budget billing plan. There is no charge for this service.

autoCharge Plan

The autoCharge Plan is a service that charges payment to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card to pay your monthly electric bill. The payment is made automatically each month. This service is available to any customer with any Visa or MasterCard, including those enrolled in the budget billing plan. There is no charge for this service from White County REMC.

eBilling

e-Bills are electronic versions of your electric bills that can be reviewed online.

With just a few clicks on your computer keyboard, REMC members can view their current electric usage and securely submit an online payment.

Energy Audits

We will come to your house and do an energy audit free of charge. If you think your monthly usage is out of line or you are concerned about your usage, White County REMC will come to your home and help determine if you have a problem.

Energy Assistance

White County REMC works with local community action agencies each year during the heating season. The energy assistance program is designed to help people maintain their electric service and heating fuel supply during the winter months.

Security Lighting

Dusk to Dawn Security Lighting Service. Photo-electric controlled equipment, mast arm, street light type luminaire and 100 watt high pressure sodium bulbs. Maintenance of the complete assembly and cost of its electrical operation are included in this service.

Enviro-Watts

When you sign up for our Enviro-Watts program, we'll buy the energy to meet your needs from an environmentally preferred source. By joining other participating cooperative members, you'll encourage power generation from such renewable resources as biomass, sun, wind, and water. And part of every "good energy" dollar will support efforts to make our local encironment cleaner.
