Beginning Monday June 2nd the summer COOL Program began and will run until mid-September. The COOL Program is our air conditioner load management program that helps us control the level of demand for electricity on our system during peak times of the summer. For those approximately 275 members who participate in the program the incentive bill credit remains the same as in past years. Should you run into any problems with this program there is a toll-free Call Center that you can call at 1-877-462-6652 from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm.
