Affordable, reliable energy is an important part of our everyday lives. The Indiana Partnership for Fair & Affordable Energy was created to educate consumers, elected officials and the media about the effects of proposed carbon legislation. Unless you voice your support for fair and affordable carbon legislation, your electric bill could soon go up as much as $50 per month. Can you afford an additional $50 a month on your energy bill?

Our Energy Our Future

Your White County REMC and the National Rural Electric Cooperatives have launched a national grassroots campaign, "Our Energy, Our Future: A Dialogue with America." It has one purpose: to encourage open discussion between electric co-op consumers and their elected officials about the challenge of keeping electricity affordable and reliable while addressing the issue of climate change.
