Three member information meetings have been set to provide members more information about the proposed consolidation with Carroll County REMC. Members are welcome at any of the meetings, they are not district specific. The meetings are as follows: Tuesday May 20th, 6:30 p.m. at the Star City Community Center; Tuesday May 27th, 6:30 p.m. at Tri-County High School; and Monday June 2nd, 6:30 p.m. at White County REMC in Monticello.
Over the course of the months leading up to our 68th Annual Meeting on June 23, 2008 we will be updating information concerning the proposed consolidation with Carroll County REMC. There is a section dedicated to this subject right here on our homepage. For any new information please continue to use that section and be sure to read the monthly Electric Consumer.
We are all aware of the hardships in our communities with the flooding. This is a community wide effort to help those affected by the flood. These are a few things going on that and we need your help.
These programs were started by community faith based groups. The community support and outpouring has been outstanding, and we want to continue these efforts.
